PULER3-ECAT CNC Controller

The Pulser3-ECAT utilizes the EtherCAT protocol to control up to 8 axes of stepper or servo motors in closed-loop operation. Extensively tested with numerous brands available in the market, it ensures seamless compatibility and reliable performance.

One of its standout features is the simplicity of its setup. Communication between the system and the drives is established using a single Ethernet cable, reducing installation complexity and minimizing wiring errors or failures. Thanks to the standardized nature of the EtherCAT protocol, stepper and servo motors from different brands can be combined and operated together effortlessly, offering unparalleled flexibility for diverse applications

The PULSER3-ECAT is equipped with 20 optically isolated digital inputs, configurable as either PNP or NPN, and 16 optically isolated, short-circuit protected digital outputs (NPN). For spindle speed adjustments, the integrated ±10V analog output provides precise control, while the built-in handwheel port simplifies manual axis movement.

What truly sets the PULSER3-ECAT apart is its embedded architecture. Time-critical tasks such as G-code processing, I/O control, and motion management are handled internally, ensuring uninterrupted performance. This robust design eliminates the impact of delays from external interfaces like Windows PCs or HMIs, making the PULSER3-ECAT an ideal choice for high-performance CNC systems.
