PULER3-PLSE CNC Controller

The PULSER3-PLSE is designed to deliver precise control for stepper or servo motors, making it a versatile solution for modern CNC systems. With the capability to manage up to 4 axes, it provides flexibility for a wide range of applications. For more demanding setups, two PULSER3-PLSE units can be seamlessly combined to control up to 8 axes. In this configuration, the devices communicate via the CAN Bus port, offering synchronized operation, though external expansion modules (HSC16IO) are not supported in this setup.

The device boasts maximum output frequency of 100 kHz, ensuring smooth and accurate motion control. Its 5V line driver output signal guarantees compatibility with various motor drivers. The PULSER3-PLSE is equipped with 20 optically isolated digital inputs, configurable as either PNP or NPN, and 16 optically isolated, short-circuit protected digital outputs (NPN). For spindle speed adjustments, the integrated ±10V analog output provides precise control, while the built-in handwheel port simplifies manual axis movement.

Time-critical tasks such as G-code processing, I/O control, and motion management are handled internally, ensuring uninterrupted performance.
